have license that is why they always meet accident.

A lot of the problem is the fact they dont look at all a lot of the time when they pull out in front of you and they rely on the fact you will slow down. It only takes a second for a sneeze or a slight distraction to take your eyes of the wheel and it could easily be anyone running into a Tricab.
