Minglanilla, Cebu councilor faces charges for shooting of 2 minors

Minglanilla Councilor Ramsi Sayson is facing charges of reckless imprudence after the Regional Trial Court of shooting two minors in 2006, sunstar reported.

Thecomplainants Judith Bariquit, Jade Laurente and couple Julito and Ma. Elena Basnillo, which are the relative of the victims who were hit.

According to the investigation, Sayson should be charged of violation of Article 365 of the Revised Penal Code.
