Minglanilla Floods

Cebu is gifted with nice weather condition. Seldom the typhoon will pass in this island because it was always block by Samar and Leyte island in the East from Pacific Ocean and by Negros Island if the typhoon came from Western China Sea.

But when this heavy rain comes, it will shock you in speed and high level of floods. Portion of Minglanilla specially in Springwoods, Tulay and Ward 2 area. In just less than 10 minutes I was not able to react with the rushing water from the Minglanilla mountain. Our subdivision became water basin now. It cost me big for I have to bring this multicab to nearby Car or Vehicle Repair Shop.



That is why Springwoods got its name, the spring water abundant near the subdivision, plus the landscape which is too low in the town level. Every time there are heavy rain we all need to watch the water level. Because of this i was not able to bring this vehicle in my Philippines call center work for almost 2 weeks now. Luckily i have Skygo Motorcycle which serve as back up. At night i work as home based worker servicing as SEO adviser that is why i consider my self as worker in virtual assistant service in one of the BPO company in Cebu.

For a jeep or multicab ride, I think it is now P7 per person but i used to bring my skygo motorcycle

Kamatis can be purchase at P10 per 4 pcs i think
Usa ka tumpok ng sibuyas or bawang is P5

1/4 kilos of mixed vegetables is ranging from P7 to P10

This one is being sold at P15 per piece.

I noticed that these wooden product or handicraft is now fading because they do not have customer in local market.

Have imagine an NFA rice costing P32 and P28? This is the price of regular market rice right?

These rice is cheaper by P5 but the smell is not good. I purchased 1 kilo to test and it did not satisfied me. I am not rich but this quality is not even for poor. Madaling masira pa...

Look at the prices now. The NFA prices is higher.

Pork is worth P160 per kilos. The price will help you save weight and diet.

I think the chicken price is P140 per kilo

This sea foods is cheaper. You can have it at P30 per 1/2 kilos

Egg Farm in Minglanilla are bringing the price more lower

Watermelon P80 per piece i think but the benefit is good health and more years lol

What is new in Minglanilla

What to know the latest in Minglanilla? Before i discuss this matter, I like to everyone to be inform that Minglanilla Cebu is located almost 10km south east of Cebu Province. It is 1 hour in ordinary bus buy if you use the SRP road you will spend 3o minutes only. Well the latest is that our current mayor is sicked. It is the vice mayor who are presiding the town. School days will open on Tuesday and the prince warehouse Minglanilla is busy with buyers as again.

The town market is constructed last April i think. The wet goods has just transferred.
The market formally closed the road and the main road is now block with vendors. The best thing na kalingawan ng tao karon ay ukay ukay every saturday and sunday. Its too cheap. I just bought 2 pants for 75 each. A short that is P75 pesos normally cost us 200 in the mall.
